Her journey began on the frontlines, answering calls over two decades ago, culminating in her adept management of multi-location teams and spearheading the development and implementation of innovative strategic processes. Notably, Cheryl has been instrumental in launching numerous call center locations, showcasing her breadth of experience and strategic acumen.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has held pivotal roles, notably serving as the Administration and General Manager for Prospec Group, leading as the Operational Analyst for Canadian Blood Services, driving projects as the Executive Project Manager for Medgar Sales, and occupying the role of Senior Director of Operations for S&P Data, among other impactful positions.

Cheryl’s prowess lies in the growth and evolution of call centers, catering to esteemed clientele such as Canadian Tire, Pep Boys Automotive, Direct Energy, Qwest (now CenturyLink), Bell Mobility, Verizon, Rogers, AT&T, Cogeco, TD Canada Trust, Bank of America, Comcast, DirecTV, Canadian Cancer Society, and many other prominent names. Her unwavering focus on Customer Satisfaction and Quality, Sales and Revenue, E-commerce development, and future-oriented business strategies has been the hallmark of her professional endeavors.
