I lead enterprise transformation at the intersection of operations, technology, and human-centered design. My experience spans large-scale modernization initiatives including cloud transformation, AI enablement, adjudication and workflow automation, operating model redesign, and complex organizational change in highly regulated environments. I work across business and technology functions to align strategy, governance, delivery, and organizational readiness, with a focus on improving customer experience, employee experience, and operational performance.  
 
I’m particularly interested in the future of AI-enabled operations and how intelligent systems can improve decision-making and service delivery while maintaining trust, fairness, and accountability.
